According to Kevin A who says, and thanks by the way (There is a reset button on the back at the top of the unit. It should be on the right side as you turn the unit around. Insert a paperclip or pin into this hole, and the unit should reset) at it works 100% because I tried this morning after being quoted £55 to have my GO910 fixed and now it works after the price of a paper clip. I fixed this by, restoring a previous saved backup on my TomTom Go 910, then i re-downloaded the updated map from TomTom.com, installed it and then all the Mapshare updates were available. Just a bit of advice, be sure to back up your TomTom, you never know when you'll need it !
