u have to unlock the code using software xs++

if the phone is locked try to go to a service center

press frm joystick write side once then press*then 2times joystik left side then *then again frm write sidepress once u will go into service menu then u can see ur passward. no need of smcard when u do this.reply me

hi there, theres no way to unlock by codes for that unit you must go to any service center who can unlock that phone using special box.

You need to be very carefull when trying to unlock mobile phones. If incorrect codes are entered on some handsets - this can cause irreversable locking of the unit. To get codes you will probably need to speak either to the network it was originally purchased from or speak to a professional unlocker who can generate the codes.

Some people, myelf included have got software (generally from Phone websites or CDs) which can generate the codes using the IMEI but through personal experience these cannot always be trusted to work :(
