I have the Bravia 40" KDL 40V3000. When I turn the TV on the panel powers up then the TV goes to standby and I get 13 flashes from the standby light. Reading on one of your other posts, I went ahead and replaced the backlight inverter board. Still having the same problem. Is there a reset button somewhere or maybe a button sequence to reset the unit?

Power supply board is dead 90% of the times.When the power turn on LED power light indication flashes.5% might be the Tuner board,that the board taking in the incomming broscasting cable plug into this board.5% might have both death boards,power supply board and the Tuner board.Problems,u have never indication LCD inverter board,backlight problems.U shouldn't have replaced the LCD inverter backlight board,bacause backlight are dead,have flashes of picture few sec.than dies,still have hear sound.
