We recommend you choose to save the file within a directory on your computer's hard drive. Once it has been saved, go ahead and run the file. The downloaded files are self-extracting ZIP files. Running this file will create a set of .PJL files and a file entitled Readme.1st. The Readme.1st file also contains directions for sending the file over through a parallel connection.
Don't know if you solved this alread, but take a look at the 'exit flag' located just where the paper is spit out of the printer. If the exit flag is in the "up" position, just bring it down and that should solve the problem. If the exit flag is in the up position, this makes the printer think that the bin is full. It appears that this means that the printer thinks the output tray (on top of the printer) is full. If it is not, then the signal arm may be out of place. Here is a relevant article.... http://support.lexmark.com/perl/support/support.cgi
