Toshiba 42 inch lcd screen problem

Hi I have a toshiba lcd 42 inch dtv which does something strange when whatching it ,please bare with me because i dont really know how to explain my problem , If I am whatching dtv or cable or a dvd movie and picture goes to a night scene or something with dark background i can still see the imprint of the previous frmes picture in the black background ??? i hope this makes a little bit sense

How old is this tv?

this looks like polymer layer separation air intrudes into the layers an can produce a variety of artifacts. if it less than 1 year old you should be covered by manufacture defects and free replacement hope this helps
