In my B215 there demage HighFreq amplifier (TDA7293) after "CLIP" light on :(. I cant find failure... Anyone knows what wolud happened?
Don't bother fixing unless it's warranty cause very expensive. Your amp is burn or short ,it's in trouble inside, need to be check with a lot of very expensive machine tools unless you know a friend who will do it for you for not expensive.I would but i probably live to far from you! I live in Quebec province,Canada. Take care! Bye! Serge! [email protected]

The clip led flashes when a peak value reached the amplifier and it is no way combined with cables or jacks quality (by the condition that all the connection are not in loosing state). So there is no need to change cables or jacks if their contacts are OK. Maybe the signal you are hearing from one speaker has more peaks so the peak led flashes. Here are some tests you can try:
Change the channels. Use the monitor A in the place you were using monitor B and vice versa. Did the peak led flashes at the same monitor?
Change the signal input, if it's possible use a mono recording or enable the mono switch at the mixer, so that make sure that both of the monitors are driven by the same signal.

You DON'T replace the board. If it is cracked, you bridge insulated wires around the cracks and epoxy them down.
Often the pads break from the traces near the pots. Look for a small crack between the pad of the pot and the circuit trace leaving it. Common problem.

It sounds like one side of the power amp has shorted. May be hazardous to the speaker so best take it to a shop for repair. If speaker stills sounds OK, probably the clip detector transistors have failed.

check you levels. turn the levels down on the amp and go up from there. Also what are they hooked up to? mixer or computer or direct... etc.
