Facebook has several features in place to limit the potential for spam and abuse on the site. Verifying your Facebook account helps you retain control of your account and applications on Facebook. There are two ways to verify your account. First, you can verify your cell phone, which allows us to verify that a real person is in control of the account. This process is explained here.

The second way to verify your account is to add a credit card to your account. You may do so here.

Unfortunately, if you cannot verify with a cell phone or add a credit card, you may be unable to verify your account. All developers must be verified before they can create a new application.

A google verification code was sent to me ...what do I do with it?

A verification code will be send by Google, when you have set a two time verification to your account. It will be normally send to your mobile phone. It will contain digits only. When you try to ace's your account, by entering your email address and password, the window will ask you the verification code. Just open the message that you've got from Google, and enter the digits you see there, as it is; and press 'Enter'.
It is a security measure against unauthorized log in to your account.
To turn off 2-step verification:
> Visit the Using 2-step verification page under your Google Account settings. Sign in with your username, password, and verification code if prompted.
> Click the "Turn off 2-step verification" link.
> A pop-up window will appear to confirm that you want to turn off 2-step verification. Click "OK".

Reset apple id

  1. Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com), click "Manage your Apple ID", and sign in.
  2. If you have two-step turned on, you'll be asked to send a verification code to the trusted device associated with your Apple ID.
  3. In the "Apple ID and Primary Email Address section," click Edit.
  4. Enter the email address you want to use, then click Save Changes. Apple will send a verification email to that address.
  5. Open the email from Apple, then click Verify Now in the email.
  6. When the My Apple ID page opens, sign in with your renamed Apple ID.
  7. If you have two-step verification turned on, you'll be asked to send a verification code to the trusted device associated with your Apple ID.

After you see a message indicating that verification is complete, remember to update all of the features and services that you use with your Apple ID.

Cannot get on my gmail.account, lost phone, they send codes 2 one I lost, have new cell

There are cople ways to access your account in case of lost/stolen phone:
You have several ways you can get back into your account, depending on your circumstances.
Use backup options
Sign in from a trusted computer
Retrieve code with voicemail and a voice call
Get a new phone from your carrier
Fill out our Account Recovery form

We recommend you use this option only if you cannot get into your account in any other way. This process can take several days and usually involves more effort than other recovery options.
  1. Sign in to your account with your username and password.
  2. On the verification code challenge page, click Other ways to get a verification code?
  3. Click "I no longer have access to any of these."
  4. You'll then need to fill out an account recovery form to verify ownership of the account. Take time to answer each question to the best of your ability. The form was designed to ensure that no one can gain access to your account except you. Since Google doesn't collect a lot of information about you when you sign up for an account, we will ask you questions like when you created your account, what Google services you use, and who you email frequently (if you use Gmail) to make certain you are authorized to access your account.

I can not sign in to my Email : [email protected] , but yahoo can not send the Vertification code to my alternative Email : [email protected]

Try having yahoo send you a verification code to your mobile phone if you added one when you signed up for your email. Hotmail is a little slow at getting email sometimes. If you have to, create a new email on yahoo, add your mobile phone number to it and then email yahoo to send you a verification code to that email address. Explain to them your problem about not being able to sign in to your old email address. Hopefully you can get the issue resolved if you haven't already. Best of luck.
