What is the reason you want to change? 220 is not only stronger ... it is cheaper to run. If wiring is a problem, (this pump should be on its own circuit) simply replace the single pole breaker with a double pole and take the existing white wire and turn it into a "red" wire for your 220, (put the white (red) wire on the second pole of the new breaker.)
If you will remove the cover on the back of the motor, you will probably find a plug that you move from the 220 position to the 110 position. Change the plug from 220 / 20 amp to 110 / 20 (or what ever the motor will require) Normally, when you change the voltage in this direction (down) you send the amps up by 2 times. What I mean is if the motor uses 7.5 amps at 220, you will be using 15 amps at 110. Make sure you have at least #12 wire for a little extra safety.
