Make sure voltage and polarity is good

Does the power light blinks when you press the reset button?
If power light is blinking continuously then I think your router is not working and you need a new one.

The television has gone into a coma. It is going to need to be serviced or replaced. The blinking code is a pattern. If you look at the power light and the opc light separately and independently, you can acquire the blinking pattern. Cover opc and look at power only. Note how many times it is blinking before it pauses. It might just blink steadily. Next cover power and look at opc alone. Note how many times it blinks before it pauses.

• Power light blinks. If LAN or WAN cable is plugged in, their respective lights will flash on activity.
• Power light turns off for several seconds.
• All lights, except power light, turn on and then off.
• Power light blinks slowly, then faster, and WLAN light will turn on.
• Once Power light and WLAN light are on solid, the router is fully rebooted.

A working router should show solid green power light. upgrade the firmware of the router.

First you need to determine how many blinks you are getting when you try to power on the laptop. You can try to follow the steps from this link to fix the blinking power light of your router, because a blinking power light is a sign of something is bad on the router. But if after doing the steps and still a blinking power the router is already bad and needs replacement.

first check the power of your system because if power is not working properly then light blinking.and then the condition of the capacitor on the board.

Most of these sets have a self check feature--when power light goes off press and hold both the Menu and Input buttons for 5 seconds and release both--power light should blink a two digit code--like,,,,,,,,2 blinks a pause and 2 blinks---CONFIRM EXACT MODEL NUMBER AND ERROR CODE FOR ME.
