The fault F23 could be linked to the water temperature not reaching the right temperature. If your model uses hot water inlet connection then check if your hot water unit is providing the correct inlet water temperature. Otherwise it is likely the temperature sensor or heater element maybe failing.

HEATER FAILURE
If the temperature increase during the first 40 minutes is less than 86degF (30degC).
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check connection to water heater.
3. Check resistance of heating element, if present on this model. (abnormal = infinity)
4. Check the water temperature sensor and connection to it.
