Memory card

Does your phone itself have enough memory to store your videos. If so, put the card back into phone, create a folder in the phone memory and transfer the vids from card to phone. When done, put the card back into PC and format it (Quick Format if poss). When done, put it bach in phone and transfer vids back. Now put it in PC, it should read a card which it formatted itself! I do not know my security code to format my memory card

It sounds like you have two issues here. Most LG phones use a preset factory security code 0000. If you did not change it, it should still work for you.

Make sure that you are using your memory card as your primary storage device. You should be able to find this menu in your tools options. Then simply attach a usb cable to the phone and your computer, and your computer will recognize the mamory card as an external storage device, and you should be able to transfer your files back and forth quite easily.

Phone can't recognize external memory card

Memory card should be Micro SD. The KU990 will only support cards up to and including 2gb, so if you have larger that is why phone will not recognise it. If you have 2gb or below, have you formatted it in the phone?

Inserting a 2gb micro sd mem card in lg webslider to have xtr spa

You have to move each song/file to your external memory straight away after recieving it via bluetooth because it goes straight onto your phone memory. Seach your phone memory and move all photos, videos, music etc to ext.memory by selecting the file-select options in lefthand corner- move to external memory. If your phone cannot find your external memory then you havent formatted your memory card. Go to Settings-Memory Status(way way down the bottom of list)-External Memory-Format(lefthand corner). Just remember to move each file to ext. mem. straight away. Its a pain but you have to do it manually, the phone doesnt do it for you.

Micro card

When I bought the phone I wanted to use a bigger Memory card. I was told it will only recognize 2gb. The booklet that comes with phone says the same thing, so would assume that is why it says full. Assuming of course youre trying to use more than 2gb at the moment.
