It sounds like the cirulating fan between the freezer and the fridge is not operating. I have been successful in lubricating the bearings. It may need replacing. Available online

when the refrigerator is running is the fan in the freezer working?if not that could be what your problem is. the condensor coils should be under the refrigerator and its always a god idea to clean them. you can acess it by removing the front lower grill and the back panel that covers the compressor area. use a vacume and a coil brush if you can get one. so make sure the fan is working in the freezer and let me know and we can go from there. thanks

if you are having tempurature issues make sure the fan in the freezer is operating. it should be on when the compresor is running. this may explain both warm fridge and no ice.

Hi there .... check if the fan that circulates the air from the freezer section to the refrigerator section is working or if it is ,is it spinning fast enough to throw the air across .....

Your refrigerator has an Adaptive Deforst Control located in the control panel inside the fresh food section part number 61005988 is is the most likely reason for your trouble. Picture #13 below.
