If it is like Chris H said, that when your phone is receiving calls it straight up goes to voicemail you need to check your voicemail. What time did you put there? Does the voicemail go off after 5 sec or after 20 sec. You need to check that
Hii pls chk for all saved contacts, the option "send calls directly to voicemail" is unchecked. and also verify that the following are unchecked under: Call Settings-->Call forwarding
1-Forward when busy 2-Forward when unanswered 3-Forward when unreachable
If the problem still occurs contact your customer care executive.
What type of phone, most likely the incoming call function is disabled. I would contact the manfacturer's tech support or refer to your instruction manual.
The scenario that you describe is typically caused by voicemail service on the carrier's side of the network. The majority of the time, a call being routed directly to voicemail is due to the phone not being 100% recognized on the network (perhaps this is a phone that is replacing a phone on existing account / number?) or roaming is not supported. Some forwarding modes may contribute, but not usually direct to voicemail unless you have inadvertently forwarded to voicemail explicitly.
Different phone companies use different towers, you may be standing right beside a tower, but that doesn't mean its the one your cell provider uses. It sounds like you just don't get service coverage in that area, which will make phone calls go straight to voicemail and not show you that they called.
hello, its is possible that you have activated your call DIVERT...
Try to deactive all call DIVERT on your phone device.. Go to your settings, check CALLS SETTINGS, THEN YOU CLICK ON CANCELL ALL DIVERT..
cheers.
