Received the Tommy Bahama Islander watch Model 3025 as a retirement gift from employer- had 4 days - worked for 2 then stopped (at the same time) for 2 days in a row. I've read the book that came with the watch but it covers EVERY watch I think TB makes - says screw the crown in to make it watertight, etc. but I'm sure this is a basic-type. Is the battery old/dead? I don't think the watch is self-winding -- but I can't find any specifics. Help is appreciated. Thanks.

MY suggestion would be to take to a local jeweler/watchmaker to see if its the battery. They should have a battery tester to check to see if that is the case. Probably is.
If its NOT the battery, it seems like its defective and I would start inquiring where they bought the watch. I know. Tricky, because it was a gift, but well, they would want to know too

How to change day of week on tommy bahama watch (tb1045)
Hi,

Pull the crown out to the first click and then turn the crown. one direction changes the day and the other changes the date. Push the crown back in and you are done.
