It can be the T-CON board is dead, blown fuse or not getting 12vdc from the main board, or the main board is not sending signals to the T-CON board (you need scope to see the signal), but look for blown fuse on T-CON board and the DC voltage.

Hi:
This could be cause by one to two areas of the unit, first the T-CON board may be bad and second the main system board has failed. The t-con is used to produce the picture on the screen it gets its data from the digital board or system control board. The screen is white because the inverter board is working to light up the lamps.
