Srri but this is a fuser failure. The lamp has probably blown so it cannot generate any heat. best buy a new fuser unit. A lot of the machine has to come apart to fit it. You would be better taking it a shop for them to repair it. srri
Your fuser lamp has probably blown. Only solution is to replace fuser.
After replacing fuser, you will need to go into diags and reset tech rep faults.
Press and hold back button and info button whilst turning on printer.
This will put you into diags. Scroll down to NVRAM access and select.
From there select reset tech rep faults. Not sure which set of faults so
reset all three by highlighting and pressing ok button. You will return to the
previous screen, so select reset tech rep again, scroll down to next set of
codes, press ok again and so on.
Once all three have been reset, press back button to go back to NVRAM
access, scroll down to exit and press ok. Machine will now reboot.
