You will have to take the drive off, put it on an external hdd enclosure with a usb connection, connect it to a working computer, scan it for viruses and spyware, copy all of your data to another device (i.e. hdd, flashdisk, cd, etc). Then, reinstall the hd back on to the original computer and turn it on. If it works it you've solved your problem. If it doesn't then reformat your hdd, reinstall your operating system, programs, and data.
