This is caused by one or more of the burner switches going bad. Sometimes brought on by water being spilled into the control area or just buildup of grease and dirt. If they are not overly expensive I recommend my customers to have all 4 replaced while it is apart since all are the same age. It could also be a shorted wire or faulty spark module. (I check for a bad switch, Then wires. If these check out the module is all that is left.)
