My driver doesnt work. none installation is possible on windows 7

did you download the rigth driver? (Win7 32bit or 64bit)
if that doesnt work try vista drivers here is the link for he drivers

Insert the disk into your CD-drive, and wait a few seconds.
The software on the disk will start to install the software for your HP printer.
Click 'OK' to allow it to install the software.

Sounds like a dirty platen (that cylindrical roller thing). If you can get to it, use isopropyl alcohol on a rag.

I get a message that says ink collector almost full. I cleaned it and i replace it. But i got always the message :"inkcollector is not set. replace inkcollector". What have to do ?

After you replace the ink collector there is a counter you have to reset it to tell the printer that you are inserting a new collector
