I installed this product on my computer and was going to transfer my files to another computer. I was at the undo screen on the old computer because the new computer wouldn't accept the software. I hit undo. I was then going to uninstall this product. Instead it reverted to an old administrator password that I don't remember and I cannot log on to the old computer because it won't take my recent password.
What do I do to fix this?

You need to go to the original picture file. As you can only undo cropping or other changes while the undo option in edit menu is active, usually early on when file is open in programme editing with. Just after doing the cropping.
So hopefully you didn't crop picture then write over its original file. You saved it { save as } to a new file. If you did overwrite original file after cropping; then you will need to relocate this original picture from the source it came from to access original composition, size etc. If from your camera then simply re transfer to your computer & open it there.
If you're not sure about where it is on your computer then you can do an open search by typing in part of the file name or file format { part after the dot in filename & go through the results lists to try & locate it.
If you want to have the file transfer mode on your phone when you connect it to a computer. Plug in the USB to the phone and connect it to the computer, once the computer reads it and install its drivers, then on your phone a page will pop up on the screen, there will be a list of options of file transfer mode, amongst others, all you have to do is to select the file transfer mode and you will be able to share files between the computer and the phone.
First, when the operating system was installed, the product key was installed.
To activate windows, you click activate and it should not ask for the key.
If it is only asking because to are trying to transfer files, then don't transfer them, copy then to a disk or a memory drive, flash drive and transfer them.
If the pc is activated, --you bought it new, and activated it, just because you are trying to transfer ,it should not ask, something is wrong, maybe the old computer has a hacked version of windows and the new windows will see this.
Turn your computer on. Plug the external drive. It should show in My computer window. Explore the external drive (by clicking on its icon in My computer). Point and select all you want to copy (CTRL A selects All) CTRL C. ( all that is selected will be marked for copying). Go to folder where you want to copy the files. Open the folder and CTRL V.

You
may have unintentionally restored Windows XP to a previous

these steps:
Log on to Windows as Administrator.
Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click System Restore. System Restore starts.
On the Welcome to System Restore page, click Undo my last restoration, and then click Next.
Note A System Restore message may appear that lists configuration changes that System Restore will make. Click OK.
On the Confirm Restoration Undo page, click Next. System Restore restores the original Windows XP configuration, and then restarts the computer.
Log on to the computer as Administrator. The System Restore Undo Complete page appears.
Click OK. You can now run System Restore again from a different restore point.
You don't need the software to transfer music. I have the software but don't bother using it as it takes much longer to transfer files this way.
Just connect my your 350i to your computer using the USB cable. On your phone select "file transfer". Now, go to "My computer" and after 30 seconds your phone should appear as a removable drive, and you can drag & drop (or copy and paste files) into the music folder therein.
While in "file transfer" mode you cannot make or receive calls or texts, so be sure to disconnect as soon as your file transfer is complete. To do so, in my computer, right click the icon for your phone and select "eject".
