Depending exactly what Casio you have will determin weather it is a main board issue or something else (may be alot cheaper) but starting costs for main board replacments are $180 AUD upwards.
Press menu and go over to setup. go down to reset and press right arrow to highlight ok and press select. Then try to take another picture to see if it will focus. If not it will have to be sent in and I have seen it sometimes cost around $120 to fix.

I called Parts Replacement at 1-800-223-2001 and they told me I would have to purchase the USB Cable for my casio exilim ex-z75 over the phone for $4 (part) + $4.95 (S&H) because it not sold ANYWHERE online.
