I have a frigidaire gleh1642fs stacked washer/dryer and the washer won't drain.

Often on a laundry center, if the washer is leaving black streaks then your appliance may be experiencing a bearing issue. The bearing may either be damage or broken. Regrettably, this is not a simple DIY job. I am fairly confident that an authorized service agent will be able to restore your appliance to its normal operating condition. You can often locate a qualified service technician on the manufacturer website.

The control panel could be at fault

Drain pump is cloged. What kind of washer is it . and you said stacked and laundry center. stacked is 2 seperate units and laundry center is one whole unit with both so whatcha got?

Gas models are more common with most people because most electric models
require 240v outlets that many houses don't have.

The buzzers (there are two, one for the washer, one for the dryer) are behind the control panel. 6 screws must be removed to access the back of the control panel: 2 for the service panel, the 2 outer screws at the base of the control panel, then the 2 much smaller-sized screws.

The buzzers, in my model, are small, un-buzzer-like-looking little black boxes stamped with the brand name 'Ark-less'.

The buzzer for the dryer is connected to 2 contacts on the back of the dryer timer, the contacts labeled 'H' and 'C'.

Once you've identified the buzzer for the dryer, you should be able to find the one for the washer. It's connected by one white and one grey wire.

You should be able to verify this info using the wiring diagram, which will be located behind the service panel. If I remember correctly, the buzzers were labeled 'signal' on the diagram.
