Go to the laptop maker's web site and look for a restore CD.
If you don't find one there, send them an email and explain your problem.
A Google search with the laptop make and model and the words "restore CD" might work.
Last resort is format the hard drive and re-install the Operating system.
Most laptops do not come with an OS cd, but the license key is on the bottom.

Download the appropriate Windows 7 .ISO file which includes Service Pack 1

Hi, in Windows 7 Microsoft.net framework 3 is installed and newer versions can be installed on it. If you try to install an older version, it will block your installation.
1-Try to download it from Microsoft\'s website and install it with administrator account privilege.
2-Go to the control panel, find out if Windows features are on or off. Try to check
Microsoft.net framework and then restart Windows. Then reinstall it.
3-If you have still problems, go to www.microsoft.com and search microsoft dot net framework 2 in windows 7.

Product ID? There is not product ID for .NET framework. There is a version number 4.5 etc.

Do you need the Product ID of your device or the product ID of the Windows OS itself?

You can find the product ID of your Windows 7 License if I am understanding the question correctly by completing the following:

1. Click on the File Explorer Icon (Icon of file folder)
2. From the left-hand pane locate Computer
3. Right-click on Computer and select Properties
4. In the Information, windows scroll down towards the bottom and it will show the Window 7 ***********.
