Are you sure no other device on your network has the same IP address? (Turn the copier off and trying pinging that IP address to make sure.)
Do you have the Ricoh 2022 driver installed? You can download it from Ricoh-USA.com if you don't have it.
Hi there, definitely only this on that IP address. I already disconnected the CAT5 cable when pinging and the pinging stopped. Once reconnected it continued pinging. I am just about to install a new PCL mini driver - may work !

Do you have the copier set up as a network printer on a TCP/IP port?
Hi, it's currently on the TCP/IP. Just seems strange as it's been working for nearly 18 months without any issues and I've even had our IT guy in and he says all is OK at our end with the PCs. We do have the correct drivers installed too.
That is very weird. If you look at the Ethernet port on the back of the copier, are either or both of the lights (amber and green) on or blinking?
You didn't install any new firewall software, or change firewall access rules, did you?
