The belt you need has these dimensions:
Washer Belt, length 30 1/4”, width 1/2”, characteristics, medium “v”- shaped, for one & two-speed washers
The number you have of
The LWS17 appears to use the above belt length.
There is another belt that is 32 1/2" long. That I can say is this part number: Speed Queen Washing Machine / Washer Belt 28808 This belt is common... but does NOT appear to be for you machine.
I am not sure what geographic location your in but here is a pdf file of authorized Speed Queen Dealers in the US.

Make the call to one of them and find out what belt you need. If you in the UK or Austraila then we need to regroup.
I have to admit I have been working on appliances since the late 1960's and this particular model number is presenting great difficulty! I am dead serious when I say I have spent 3 hours trying to verify that the 200923 number maybe the correct belt... I can NOT verify it.. Hopefully another Expert has better resources than I do.
I gave it my all. Time for the telephone to do the part searching work for you.

I need a bit more information. What is the "make and model number" of your machine? The no spin / cutting off symptom is probably why you needed to change the belt to begin with. I.e. the machine for some reason is not spinning (jammed) and the belt burned or broke. Any expert is going to ask you for this same information repeatedly as it is not in the original post so be patient with the experts. Kelly
The model # isLWS17MW-3022 Made by Speed Queen and the serial # is 0110014508.
I did change the drive belt. I think that I did not put the right one. I noticed the original belt is a "V" type and the new one is not. I was made to understand that the belt needs to "slip" at the start of the spin cycle..that does not happen with the new belt. I will try to find the original belt but have had no luck finding it on the internet. I was told the part # is 200923. I tried to seach that # and got nothing...maybe i need a some web lessons on how to search.
