JUST INSTALLED MY ADVANCED LABLE DESIGNER ON A NEW COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS 7 AND WE CANNOT GET IT PRINT MULTIPLE LABELS ANYMORE.

So far, the only solution I have found is the following:

Once theLabel has been designed, click on the Bar Code Button, click on the Data Entrywindow, press the Tab key which will allow more Labels to appear on the IndexWindow to be printed. Click the Tab key to create as many labels are needed toappear on the page to be printed. Note: TheCopies of Each Label setting on the File Print window will not work in Windows7. The Copies ofSets of Labels prints the number of pages desired for that Label.

I'm trying to print the cd label on the label paper but it's offset and won't print in the right area. I calibrated the printer but it still won't work.

Some CD label software allow you to adjust the "overprint" by resizing the image you are printing. If your software doesn't allow you to size your image larger than the label (so it overlaps) try a different program. Look for a setting that allows it to over print. It's not an exact science...you just have to try to make the adjustments you need. There are also different CD/DVD label sheet types where the labels are setup on the sheet differently. maybe a different setup may work better. However, usually Avery is pretty good.

When Printing labels the printer starts to soon and bottom lables are cut in half?

After you press print the window pops up with printing preferences, select preferences and tell the printer you are printing labels, it will allow more time for the label to reach the start position and start at the right place on the label sheet.

File imagecache.is could not find

The Canon Programm "CD-Label Print" has issues with Windows 7.

I solved it this way:

  1. Find the "CDLabelPrint.exe"most likely under "C:\Program Files\CD-LabelPrint"
  2. Right-Click on the File and choose Properties
  3. Select "Compatibility" and tick "Run Program ... Windows XP (SP3)"
  4. Push "OK"
  5. You should be fine now

Zebra TLP2844 does not print the barcode label

Can you print the barcode using the software that come with the printer. Zebra TLP2844 come with basic Designer software. Test whether it's printing the barcode or not.

IF it prints the barcode via its software, then you might be having barcode font problem between your application/os and the printer.

Printer

A support tech at Canon suggested I try this.

find the file ImageCache.ic - I found it in application data folder in My Documents, delete it.

Uninstall CD Label Print, search for any other "CD Label Print" files or folders and delete them too.

Re-boot and re-install CD Label Print.

This worked for me. Hope it works for you too.

Cheers
