There are two alarms, and the steps are the same . Look on the face. On the left of the big numbers are two symbols, a 'bell' and a 'music note'. That's WAKE 1. On the right of the big numbers are two symbols, a bell and music note. That's WAKE 2. If any of these are on, then one (or both) alarms are set to repeat. Stopping repeat Wake 1 alarm. Click the Wake 1 button (on the top) several times, while looking at the face. Notice the circles that light up. It will switch back and forth between bell and music note each time you press the Wake 1 alarm button. HOLD DOWN the WAKE 1 button on the top, until both lights are off. The Wake 1 alarm is now off. Wake 2 alarm: Same steps, but for the green circles on the right side of the face. Get a piece of paper, write "HOLD DOWN WAKE BUTTON to stop repeating alarm" and tape it to the back of the clock.

Look at the display. Look for a number 1 or a number 2 to determine which alarm is on. If you see a number 1, push the 1 button on the top right side of the alarm clock until the number light goes off (1 or 2 times, depending on whether it is set to beep or radio alarm). When the number is not lit up, the alarm is off.

Note: The problem you are describing may not be simply programming. The radio problem may be non-reversible. You might also try a new battery, or switch the battery from the other unit for a test, just to see if the battery is bad.
start looking at the wiring harness in the door frame it sounds like it is broken
failing thet did it get wet recently ?
water inside of switches will film the contacts and all of a suden they dont work
or might it have been pop
the wife spilled diet coke on a keyboard once
took about 40 seconds 1/2 te keys stoped working.
diet coke plus switches epecialy in newer cars doesnt work well unless you dont want em to work ever again
