Spywear virus I got a spywear virus "Cryp-Tap". I have system suite 7 when I got the virus. That would not get rid of it. I bought the webroot spysweeper and that also would not get rid of it.........any ideas?

Before using your spyware software , you should close all applications and disconnect your access to the internet (cable modem, DSL, phone line or wireless connection). Now you are ready to run a scan. Initiate your software and let it scan your computer and then use the removal tool to get rid of spyware it locates. Now reboot your computer and run the scan and remove functions a second time. If the software finds any spyware the second time you run the scan, then you should run the scan and removal a third time in safe mode. First u reinstall all the spyware software. Install PC doctor and clean all the spyware. This is the best software i think....Or u check with best antivirus. ok. (NOD 32 is very best for anti-virus/anti-spyware). ok. check out.
