I think i have a credit card stuck under the barrel of my frigidare 6000 front loader. is there anyway i can get this out by myself without having to hire a repair man who does this in less than 5 minutes?
Use a flat head screw driver and go to the front of the machine on the top lid about half inch to each side and push the screw driver in between the front of the lid. It should release the to and you should be able to see inside.

can you reverse the shredder this will help it to move backwards out of the shredder , or if you are trying to shred it then send more paper into the shredder to get it working again
If you are trying to pay with a credit card via PayPal, it asks for the same information as any secure site: the account number and CVV code. The CVV code for most cards (Visa, MC) is a three-digit number printed on the back of the card. For Amex, the confirmation code is the four-digit code on the front on the right side just above the account number.
If you think you are trying to pay for something via Paypal and the payment form does not allow you to put the CVV or confirmation number in properly, it might be a scam page. Check the URL for "https:" not "http:" If your don't see that "s" in front of the colon don't type in any card information - if you already have sent credit card information to a http (not https), contact your bank and tell them your card might be compromised.
Hi! It's probably a bra wire if u have a woman in your life. They quite often get stuck around the heating element near the bottom of the drum. Get a bright light and stick your head in to see through the holes and see if you can pull it out! Hope this helps.
First of start by checking the rubber gasket seals around the door and making sure those are good and clean and dry. Then inspect the barrel itself. My daughter loves to leave scraps of paper in her pockets that then get stuck in my front loader. Clear any debris from the barrel. Does your machine have a small front access panel or back access to get to the filter? Most front loaders have some sort of filter on them apart from the barrel. If you can find this part, it is a common culprit. Mine is a tube shaped basket with a front access panel on this one. On the front loader before this one is was back panel accessable under the drum. when you check these have a bucket and some thing mop up with handy, towels, mop, etc. One other thing to consider is the drain hose from the machine. I have flushed mine using a garden hose in the yard and used a little bleach.
6000 is a line feed error, either the platen roller is not turning or the sensor is dirty. Mostly I find something has fallen into the paper tray at the rear and jammed into the roller. From the front you can push an index card back thru under the guides and over the roller to push anything back. Usually a mark on the platen roller will show where something is jammed. The card can't go back thru the right side as it could break the sensor arm.
If you open the top of the washer , there is a "tech" sheet in there to tell you how to reset the error codes.
My washer started this. Then stopped spinning. Now it will not even wash a load. It stops mid-cycle. The ER 20 means that something is not draining right. We checked all of the tubes leading to the pump. Nothing was clogged. The technition seems to think it is a motor controller error.
