Try this following steps:
Go to the following locations:

* Remove Microsoft Office 2008
] > Finder\Macintosh HD\Library\Caches
* remove all cache files

* remove all cache files
] > Macintosh HD\Users\\Library\Application Support\Microsoft
* remove folder called Microsoft
] > Macintosh HD\Users\\Library\Caches
* remove all Microsoft related files
] > Macintosh HD\Users\\Library
* remove Microsoft Folder
] > Macintosh HD\Users\\Library\Preferences
* remove all the (com.microsoft.[....].plist files)
] > Macintosh HD\Users\\Library\Preferences
* remove Microsoft folder
] > Delete Microsoft Office shortcuts from Dock
] > Restart , empty your trash bin
] > Install Office 2008

Good day Sir, That is common macintosh problem. There is described "driver not installed" at product List Window after you click Add and select USB. I suggest Reintall the software and make sure that you are using a high-quality cable.

Installing software Samsung scx-4200 for Macintosh
Verify the following before you install the software.

1. Make sure that you connect your printer to the computer. Turn on your computer and printer.
2. Insert the CD-ROM which came with your printer into the CD-ROM drive.
3. Double-click CD-ROM icon that appears on your Macintosh desktop.
4. Double-click the Mac_Installer folder.
5. Double-click the Mac_printer folder.
6. Double-click the Samsung SPL2 Installer icon.
7. Enter the password and click OK.
8. The Samsung SPL Installer window opens. Click Continue and then click Continue.

The problem is the app. You need to contact them since it's a download only install.

If you have Windows Vista, you will need to get these pieces of software from www.usasupport.philips.com, since the ones from the installation CD will not work (you may still have to do this is you have XP and the CD is damaged). If you have a Macintosh, none of the software is compatilbe with Macintosh even though the computer may recognize the device.

Although this software, IdeaSoft Scrapbooks Plus came with your Macintosh-compatible printer, it does not seem to be compatible with Macintosh computers. One of the requirements of installing and using Scrapbooks Plus is having a computer with either Windows 98, 2000, ME, or XP.

I'm sorry to hear that this software came with your printer but is not compatible with your computer. There are other similar programs out there that work with Macintosh computers, such as iRemember and Polaroid My Memories Suite, but both cost additional money to purchase.

I cant find the machine DCP-7020 but I think this machine is the same with model MFC-7420 if you have the installer CD follow these steps:

For USB Interface Cable Users
For Mac OS® 9.1 to 9.2
& Software
1 Turn off and unplug the MFC from the AC outlet and disconnect it from your Macintosh, if you already connected an interface cable.
2 Turn on your Macintosh.
3 Insert the supplied CD-ROM for Macintosh into your CD-ROM drive.
4 Double-click the Start Here OS 9.1-9.2 icon to install the printer and scanner drivers. If
the language screen appears, select your language.
5 Click MFL-Pro Suite to install.
6 Follow the on-screen instructions, and restart your Macintosh.
7 Connect the USB interface cable to your Macintosh, and then connect it to the MFC.
DO NOT connect the MFC to a USB
port on a keyboard or a nonpowered
USB hub.
8 Plug in the power cord and turn on the MFC.
9 From the Apple menu, open the Chooser.
10 Click the Brother Laser icon.
On the right side of the Chooser, select the
MFC to which you want to print.
Close the Chooser.
The MFL-Pro Suite, Printer driver and Scanner driver have been installed.
To install Presto! PageManager, click the
11 Presto! PageManager icon and follow the on-screen instructions.
Presto! PageManager has been installed and the installation is now complete.
You can easily scan, share and organize photos and documents using Presto!PageManager.

If it has a driver for Macintosh Computer then you can update it. or update it through Windows System be sure to install first the driver.
