My samsung jack wont turn on past the samsung screen

Your problem my lie with you SIM Card. I got a new Samsung Jack and it would show the Samsung screen and then turn off. Once I put in another SIM Card the device would boot up properly and tell me my SIM Card was not the proper card for the device. The correct SIM Card from the factory would not allow the unit to boot up beyond the Samsung screen.

Cell wont completely log on

try holding vol+ and home buttons down then push and also hold the power button.
this brings up a menu that may fix the prob.
do not factory reset though as this will delete pics and music and all docs

Samsung s5570 is stuck on the samsung logo i want to know if it fixable

My handset ran out of charge and when i had recharged it and tried to power up my phone, it went to the flashing samsung logo and wont go past it. I tried taking the battery out for an hour, replaced it and powered on again and its still sticking at the samsung logo. Can it be fixed. help me sir.....

Some phones will do this if the battery is too low to completely power up. Try recharging the battery.

while the phone is on, remove your battery, after 5 to 10 seconds put it back.. then switch it on.

Try removing the battery for about 30 seconds and then replace it back and try it again.

If that didn't work, try removing the memory card too and the simcard.
