The Acer 1912 Horizontal Sync seems to be a common problem.
On the Intel 910GL it was running 1280x1024 at 60Hz just fine and then one day it started having problems so I switched to
1280x1024 at 75Hz and is ok again. I have a couple other video cards an ATI and a NVIDEA I'm going to test it on and I'll post the results after I do. Oh yeah and of course its XP Pro running on a ASUS P5GL-MX.

The power cable is not sold alone.
You will need to buy the power adapter.
You can buy the AC adapter from Ebay for $25: Panasonic VDR-D50 Replacement Charger
Alternatively buy from seller below or order at al local shop:
Buy PANASONIC CGA-DU07A/1B Charger
SOURCE: Hello ? !!
umm you either fried your battery, the power supply blew, or theres a fuse in it that blew for protection. first thing i would try is take the battery out and try plugging it directly into the wall, if it turns back on then your battery is shot,if not the power supply within the camcorder blew which could be a small transister or diode and would have to be replaced,or could be a small fuse that went pop within the camera. http://www.sony.co.uk/product/sdh-digital-8/dcr-trv250e/tab/manual here is the manual if you don't already have it. it may tell you if there is a fuse. either open it up and check the camcorder power supply where you plug in and see if theres any black around anything and if there is then thats what needs to be replaced.or if you dont think you can do that then take it in to the repair shop for servicing.
