The model tag is around the doorframe. I don't believe that's the correct model number. They are typically located in the front behind the door, or on the top panel they'll be a rectangular flap. That flap will lift up, and you grab the handle of the line screen and pull it out. Make sure it's pushed back in fully, and don't do it while it's running.
the memory flap is on the underside of the laptop,
rectangular in size, about the size of 2 large fingers,
open that with a screwdriver,
release the catches on the two sides of the ram chip at the same time and it should lift up at a 40 degree angle, pull it out, PUT THE NEW ONE IN AT THE SAME 40 DEGREE ANGLE - OR YOU WILL DAMAGE THE CONNECTORS. make sure it's fitted snugly, then push it down,
peace,

This type of diagnosis will require accessing the internal components & making voltage & resistance checks with a volt/ohm meter. There are several different components that could cause this symptom & yes it is possible that the door switch is bad. This model of dryer should only be worked on by an experienced, trained technician due to all of the electronic controlled parts.

Open the door to the dryer. Look directly in the back of the dryer, and you should see a rectangular cover with a phillips head screw. Before you begin, first unplug the cord from the wall. Then, unscrew the cover and remove it. Unscrew the bulb, and then replace it with the new bulb. It should be a 10 watt appliance bulb. But double check the old one, before you buy the new one. If there's no info. on the old one, then get the 10 watt bulb. If this works for you, great! If not, feel free to contact me back. Good Luck!
To get a rear control LG dryer apart: Open door and remove two phillips head screws at the 5 and 7 o'clock positions. Use a putty knife to release the clips holding the top panel to the dryer front by pushing the clips in at the seam of the dryer top and front, a couple inches in from each side. Swing top back. Remove two phillips head screws at the top, allowing front panel to pull forward. Unplug drum light and door switch and drum sensor plugs, allowing front panel to be completely removed and set aside. Now, look at the burner area at the lower right. Behind the gas valve you will find a small (about dime sized) high limit thermostat on the left side of the burner cone. It has two wires attached and has a small pin in the center of it. (Only on gas models) Push the pin in. Now, if that get's you ignition again, CORRECT VENTING ! Get rid of flexible vent material. (use only rigid aluminum vent pipe and elbows) Clean out vent pipes and outside vent hood. Outside vent hood should be the kind with a four inch flap for the opening, not a two inch flap. Tripping of the high limit thermo is almost always caused by inadequate air flow.
Don't know how old your machine is but on my wtl5400 the bottom flap is opened by:
1. open the drier door
2. note small round button on the lower right hand side of the drum surround
3. press the button which will spring forward then
4. lower filter cover springs off giving acess to filter drawer
NB if the filter is over full the button will spring open itself as a gentle hint
NNB YOU CANNOT CLOSE DOOR WHILE THE BUTTON IS EXTENDED so take care door will only close when lower cover has been correctly replaced relocating the button flush with the front of the machine
