I am writing regardingcomputer my Dell Inspiron that I purchased from Best Buy recently. The service tag is CZCYRF1, the Express Service Code is 28259481421. I have a password needed to log on to my computer. When I tried to log on using my password a message comes up "User profile service failed the log on. User profile cannot be loaded. Then it immediately signs off. I have no idea what this means or what I need to do to correct this. I am hoping to get some assistance from someone there. hoping to hear from someone soon

Each Dell Inspiron has a master password that clears the BIOS password. Call Dell Technical Support at (800)624-9896 to get this number.
Dell Technical Support will request the Service Tag and Express Service Code from the bottom of the Inspiron.
If the current user is not the original Inspiron owner, Dell will transfer the used Inspiron's registration from the original owner with only the Service Tag and Express Service Code from the tag on the laptop.
Rollins51, I believe all Dell uses now is the Service Tag and Express Service Codes. Both of which are found on the bottom of Dell Notebook Computers. Check out this link for more info for finding your Dell Service Tag and Express Service Codes.

If you have forgotten your BIOS or Hard Drive Password for this model, there is a master code that you can obtain from Dell Support. Simply call, Email, or use Online Chat from http://support.dell.com and give them your Service Tag, and they can help you out from there. If it is a Windows profile password you have forgotton, try accessing the Administrator account from Safe Mode (Press F8 at startup), and remove the password for the user account from Control Panel, User Accounts.

You have to have it serviced, you can take it to Best Buy to have it serviced if you don't want to pay the premium from the vender!
If this is a white and grey screen, before windows starts, it's a system board password. To clear this you will need to contact dell, have your service tag and express code ready, and if you haven't already, you will need to register ownership with Dell. I posted a link at the bottom for phone numbers of Dell's support. Dell is great in the fact that they have a master code for each of their machines.
However, if this is a windows password, which I don't believe it is, you will need to start windows in safe mode by pressing F8 at start up. Then log in under administrator and clear passwords in each user account.
