I tried the link bellow to install the dynex dx wc 100 camera but i keep getting an error message when it get's to 70% of the download taht reads "PrepareInf Error 2" when i click ok or close the message it says installshield wizard has successfully installed CIF USB CAMERA. and it still doesn't work please please help me. Thank you

Dynex has the manual for the DX-L26-10A on the product site: https://www.dynexproducts.com/pdp/DX-L26-10A/9135401 . However, I could only read the file in Notepad with a lot of unreadable code. A readable copy of the manual is available at Manuals Lib: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/41500/Dynex-Dx-L26-10a.html . You can use the Download button near the upper left of the page to get a PDF version.

1st You download Webcam Driver.
I do not have disc for set up, can I still set up dx-wc 100 ?
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

please copy the following link in the address bar and try downloading the drivers after the download is complete you can install the driver and the web cam will be running.
