NOTE:Unplug it first..
If you open the detergent dispenser and feel along the front edge
behind the removable cup there is a coloured cord usually red or green
in colour this in an emergency door release, by pulling on it firmly
the door will unlock.

Just a few questions:
Does washer has power and is door lock light on?Just leave it unplugged for an hour and then try again.
pull out the dispenser drawer push down on the tab remove the drawer
and there is a cord you can pull to unlock the door pull on the door
same time you pull the cord.

Try these steps:
1.) Take the washer outside. 2.) Loosen the two screws on the back panel and remove the back panel. The pump sits on the left-side of the opening. There's a black water hose with a metal clamp; 3.) squeeze the metal clamp with your fingers until it's loose enough to slide away from the pump. 4.) Separate the hose from pump and the trapped water will pour out and the door will then open; and 5.) clear any blockage from the drain hose and the pump.
