Tv looks and sounds great but I have no sound on one channel? All channels have picture and sound except one channel, it has picture and no sound?

Some of the channels have moved. So your TV might be picking them up differently. You need to do a Full Factory Reset tuning rather than just a rescan.

Rescan simply looks at the place holders where the old channels were stored and refreshes them. A Factory Reset (A.K.A. Shipping Condition) wipes the channel memories and starts again fresh.

Check the Chanel 7 broadcast signal on the other tv have sound,could caused by the tv broadcasting signal from the tv station itself.Check if ur tv have a function known as S.A.P. make sure it is off,could effected no tv audio problems,because the tv station in ur city or town don't broadcast in that signal frequencies.

Go to menu setting,Set it to auto scan chanel.

use youe remote and make sure sound setting are in Stereo mode Not SAP

have your tuner check for any cold solder on pins.

First make sure SAP or nothing similar is turned on.

After you triple check that just Contact ILO if it continues for more than 1month. This is a software error.

If you do not have problems with picture and sound on all the other working channels, then the problem you are having with 57 & 58 cannot be a short. The problem you are having is that those channels will not tune in properly through your tuner and this is why you get intermittent sound when they are trying to tune in. The sound tunes in easier than the picture. You said that you have programmed the channels again and I am assuming you are talking about the autoprogramming mode. Try to program those channels individually by deleting them and then readding them. If you cannot do that then you need to take the tv back since it is new or have warranty service look at your tuner and setup your tuner by making adjustments to it directly.
