the flex of the phone,

or

virus on the phone.

May be the memory in your phone is full you have to delete some of them such as game

Yes my friend you will be able to store only 650 - 700 MB in it since its 1 GB memory card,And dont try to add additional file Because you may find these issues
1)Accessing speed will be less
2)Frequently hangs itself

if you text alot delete all your text drafts saved sent and inbox delete un-needed pics and videos apps notes music

You need to replace the LCD as you've already taken it apart you should be able to replace the lcd yourself

its a software trouble u must reinstall ur software r u can update ur software wit internet

no it is not due to the virus because it is a minor prblm. only u hav to remove the battery for few minutes and then attach it again .. then switch on ur phone... it will work again..
