Hi, It sounds like the compressor has gone bad and will not start.. There are many reasons for a dehumidifier to not work or collect water.

Make sure your coil and fan is clean and verify that the compressor is coming on.

compressor run but gas charge not enought
so it not very cool,and no water come out

depends on the weather, not of setting. it does not have to fill up alot always, if you turn up the dail and it starts working, or turn it down it stops, all is well

Your unit is probably operating in defrost mode. When you use a dehumidifier in a cold room, the condensing coils can freeze water. The unit senses this and thus stops the compressor until the water frozen on the coils melts. Then it resumes its cycle. This is a problem you will have during the winter months. It makes the operation of the unit inefficient, but this is otherwise normal behavior.

1- check if the water collecting bucket is properly installed (the light will show is ON but if the bucket is not propely installed -pushed in the proper position ) -make sure the slots on the bottom of the dehumidifier are posisioned correctly.
