Thermal fuse blown....likely causes????

The thermal fuse trips out when it builds up too much heat. That is caused by the vent being restricted. Clean out the vent the lent trap and any lint build up in the machine. Hopefully this will fix you problem.

I have got a front loader LG WD-8007CI model washer. Recently when I put the machine on washing cycle it takes water normally but after that when the tub starts rotating the machine starts to jump and...

Is the washing machine giving off a hot machine oil smell or making a grinding noise when the tub is turning? I've had to replace the drum bearings several times on LG front load washers. The first sign that the bearings are going are loud noises when the drum is spinning and eventually the hot machine oil smell. The bearings can be replaced but they usually last only 6 months to a year. The bearings are put on with a press at the factory and unless you are very accurate, you won't be able to get them on exactly straight and they will wear out quick.

Noisy & shaking spin cycle and smell

The shaking could be your shocks beginning to go bad, an unbalanced load, unbalanced machine, or even possibly weak flooring. As far as the smell you can purchase a product called "AFFRESH" at your local parts distributor which works well to removed the mildew in the gasket. You just put the tablets in and run the machine through a cycle. You could also wipe the gasket out with a wet rag.
Be sure to leave the door cracked open between cycles this will help prevent mildew from building up.
Hope this helps _MJ_

Washer was making a very loud shaking sound in the spin cycle, the noise stopped the spinning stopped and I smelled burning.washer will not spin

I had a shakey washer that I bought open box from "circuit city", it was a return.

I was to lazy to learn why the washer would shake and a technician told me to manually balance the wash load in the drum.

Later, I got into the washer and lubed up the rotating shafts and rockers. The washer lost all its shakes with the mechanics properly lubed. From the factory the mechanics were never properly lubed.

Tight mechanics that are supposed balance the spin cycle by moving could be part of what is getting warm. The belt spinning the washer also takes a beating when the drum shakes.

Get a good discount on your washer first, and then lube the mechanics. Everything about the washer is meant to work. If the mechanics are too tight you'll have shaking.

Burning Smell from Belt on Whirlpool Dryer

Hi, You need to check and see if the belt has slipped off of one of the pulleys. Was the idler the wheels style or a glide style?
Make sure the grooves in the belt are facing the drum and they are in the grooves of the motor pulley.
Please let me know if this helps and if I can assist you further.
