The only issue i can see is if your your ram has not been updated since leaving the factory, you will notice from the tables W7 requires a min of 1GIG and your machine leaves the factory with 256mb(dependant on country possible) so check your ram.
I run windows 7 on 2GB and its great, your machine will take 2GB.
The Samsung X05 was released 2004 and the NVIDIA Geforce 4 should be fine.
i would point out drivers and compatability but windows 7 so far is really good but driver support is crucial

START>Computer (RIGHT Click)>select manage>Left click device manager
In the list check your network adapters, also being wireless check for broadcom 802.
Some wireless laptops have an external light and switch
