My picture has blown and i want to remove the tv from THE WALL MOUNT. I do not remember attaching the tv to the wall mount with any screws or bolts. It seems that there are 4 knobs on the back of the tv that slid into slots on the wall mount, but when i try to lift tv out of slots it seems to be locked. Is there a latch or something that i need to do to remove this tv from this wall mount?
I am trying not to rip my plasma off the wall. I see 2 little funny screws that keep me from simply taking it off and I have no tools.I am trying not to rip my plasma off the wall. I see 2 little funny screws that keep me from simply taking it off and I have no tools.

The wall mount attaches to the top 1/3 portion of the TVs rear panel. The bottom of the back of the TV should not interfere with your wall mount if it's the correct size. Full instructions are listed starting at page 39 of the manual.

Wall mount for what size TV?
The answer is probably in the instructions that came with the wall mount.
I need: Size of TV.
What kind of wall you want to attach this TV to.
Remember, I am far away and can't see what you are doing.
ok it depends on the wall mount but this is the basic idea of it. make sure there is at least one other person to help you.
1. Make sure everything is off and unplugged from the tv.
2. If you have cables holding your tv to the wall remove them.
3. there should be securing screws at both sides of the arms attaching the tv to the wall. loosen them/ remove them.
4. lift and pull the tv away from the wall. have a friend help you.
5. remove the screws and bolts from the tv and the wall mount and you should be done.
If this doesn't work, find the manual for the wall mount. if you need help or additional tips put them in the comments. Thanks
Remove Back plate screws and match up the holes on the wall mount device with the holes on the back of your television. Attach the television to mounting devise, Then mount both to the wall. Hope this helps you with your problem.
any hardware store will have them bring your tv manual with you it will tell you the spec on the screw to connect to the 4 pre existing nuts on the back of the tv as far as from the mount to wall it will be a standard lag bolt small enough to fit threw the hole and long enough to go threw the drywall and about an inch and a half of the studd 2" to 2 1/2" inch lag bolt will work
I have the same TV, and I bought a mount with 4 connector holes. I was able to connect 3 of the 4 and it has been fine as the TV does not weigh too much. The TV was not designed with the current mode of either wall or stand mount. It was just intended for stand. I have had it on the wall for over 2 years.
Hi,
Ok, great.Look at the back panel and you can see four holes spaced 4" between the top and bottom, and 16" from side to side.
these are for universal mount.

"Please use caution if wall mounting this product. Follow all directions from the manufacturer of the wall mount and be sure to securely fasten the product to the mount. While the TV can be wall mounted, improper wall installation may void the warranty."
The 4 screws that are commnly used are short because they are ususally wide in diameter. Besides if they are too long then they might damage the boards on the TV.
