Hello ! My pioneer car cd reader started to show ERROR 11 when reading some burned CDs even if they are new and red by other CD players !! i just want to add that my pioneer worked fine for 5 years !! Thank's for your assistance

The last 3 discs might be CD-RW which can be rewritten, but not all cd players will be able to read them. Just go to the store and buy some CD-R disks and re-burn the last 3 disks. That should solve your problem.

Error 11 on your Pioneer DEH-P3500 CD Player shows that the CD inside cannot be read properly by the player.So please eject the disc and clean it properly.If the error is shown again then there is no way other than replacing the disc because it may be scratched severely.Hope you are satisfied with my solution.Your valuable feedback would be appreciated.Thanks for choosing Fixya.

Are you trying to play burned cds some stereos wont play them.

the laser eye needs cleaning.....i actually just did mine today, just with a normal cleaning cd...if it doesnt work first time, smear a little nail polish remover on the cleaning disc, it works a treat........error 11 and 12 mean the laser cannot read disc properly......starts and stops depending on how much cleaning is required....

Some Head units (cd players) dont like to play burnt discs. I love pioneer (deh-p6000ub)and that is all I use for head units, and sometimes, depending on how you burn the, they wont play. Make sure to use windows media player to burn your files, that might help. If you are using regular store bought cds, then you might need a new head unit, it might be an internal problem.

how can it solved?? My old mp3's work perfect, now i made a new mp3 cd on the 700 MB space, but it doesnt work anymore.. i get ERROR 23 on my display.. what to do??

have you tried using another computer to burn them as some of the latest updates will give u this problem if not there are probably some compatability issues

There would be a problem with cd reader lens
sou need to change it from the company if its in a warrenty or get it repaired from a person who is in to Chip Level Repairing

From Pioneer;

"Error code 11 is more specific, however, indicating that the player’s read laser cannot focus properly, most likely due to a fault with the disc."

Try a different CD, or you may have to have the laser cleaned.

use your user guide to read the problem related to error 11 .. most probably your wire connecting your changer witht he head uint is either cut or not functionall ... hope that answers the question
