Go to FB home page.. At bottom right - click help center.. From the list - click on Login & Password,, Click on "I cant log inbto FB",, then choose your reason..

Someone is trying to log into your myspace account. Wait about an hour and try it again, there is a counter that resets every time you try to log in... Once you are able to log in I would recommend you change your password.
Disable all firewalls and spyware and adware protection software you have try logging in, if you can u then need to find out what software is blocking myspace and either add myspace as safe or stop using that software.
