I have tried resetting the channels and it doesn't give you the game channel I have tried resetting the channels and it doesn't give you the game channel
Hey dad - looked at the manual for your tv. I can't say it was much help. Was hoping for a video input button on the front but no joy there. This probably won't work, but try setting your game console to channel 4 and then manually using the channel buttons to change to channel 4. Let me know what happens. And look for that remote! I kid. I know you have. Those dang things have a mind of their own. Let me know what happens.

Hi I have a durabrand ptv7017 and I have the same problem I finally got there I got sure universal remote app android and linked the durabrand tv with bush TVs ie from the sure app It works fine
Im not sure your set up, but we have a 25" Durabrand that my mother in law has a Cable inverter box on, I just plugged the rca to the game system into that, simuliar as hooking up a vcr..so game system works on channel 3..put tv on ch 3 and turn on game system and it will come up..we have a wii hooked up to it..Hope it works for you
Sometimes you can change the input by just clicking the channel button up >>> after the highest tv channel it'll go to Input 1, Input 2, etc. That's worked on one of my tv's but not all of them so it might work for you, too. Next suggestion would be to buy yourself a couple of universal remotes & keep them in a junk drawer for when you need one! We've found this PRICELESS!!! (Buy a couple when they're on sale & store them for those days when the remote was devoured by that oh-so-sneaky sofa!)

symphonic is well known for this-no buttons on unit for key features and a universal is not going to help either, suggest you go in search of the original remote and hang onto it.....
Sorry u can't fix this zoomming mode problems without the tv original remote. This tv zoomming mode function it is have it only on the tv original remote function only no where else.Try website like Remotes.com to buy the tv original remote to use.
You'll have to get a universal remote, most likely. Most remotes have an Input button on them that will change the TV to Line-In mode. Whatever universal remote you get will come with an instruction booklet on how to program the remote.
A warning, though, not all universal remotes will work with all TVs, particularly older models. You may have to have the remote search for the code, which can take up to an hour. It's still no guarantee of success, though. You may buy the remote only to find it does nothing for your TV.
first question. you need a remote to get to the inputs on the tv. some reason they made it like that. get universal remote and try it if don't work return and try another brand ect.
second question.
try another code maybe or jsut return it and try another remote. the rca 15-2115 5 device remote i have workes with the "A/B tv?vcr". on the origional remote that comes with the tv there are actually 2 buttons. one is called "input" and the other is "game". the only difference between them is turns the game mode on and off in the picture menu. i really don't like haveing "game mode" on because it makes the picture looks bad to me. you can turn it off in the picture menu easy.
I got mine off of game mode by using a universal remote. I had to type in a channel, (03) and it got it out of game mode, but I now have the problem of not being able to get it back into game mode so that I can use my DVD player. Good luck
I have tried resetting the channels and it doesn't give you the game channel
