I have an horizon t931 treadmill and when i start the treadmill the clocks start to tick up but the treadmill is not moving, at one point it started and i started running and it the stopped suddenly, can you help

Hi there, I think I can help. Now depending on model year the Horizon T500 can use a couple different motor control boards, most all of which are fixed at jatinah electronics which you can find with a Google search. It sounds like a failed control board fixed for 99 or less and exchanges available with returned cores. Good luck

Either your treadmill has a typo or....well, it's LUBE BELT.

Download the manual for specific model and it will describe how to lube the belt. There may be a RESET procedure required to turn off the message and turn on the treadmill.

To find a specific bearing that has gone bad in a treadmill you can use a long handled screwdriver and touch it to a non-moving portion of the rollers and then put your ear up to the handle and the screwdriver will amplify the noise of the part so you can find out which part is making the noise. If it is a bearing, it will be obvious which part is the problem because the grinding noise of the bad bearing with be amplified by the screwdriver.

The manual said that after lubricating the deck, press Stop and Speed buttons together for 5 minutes and this will reset the lubrication message and the treadmill should work.

touch a 9 volt battery to the motor wires and see if the motor moves.
if so, it's good and the board is bad.
