I have a toshiba 52rv530u lcd set.It first have the top hafe of picture turne\r\nI thing a green color,I pull back cover out one fuse was bad replace burn again,send power suply to repaire a part (strz2589) was replace,now the set come on "here the click no burn fuse bot nothing hapen was is my next mouve?

To start, the module with the blown fuse will have to be replaced. The rest of the boards will have to be verified to know which other ones may have been the cause of the failure.

You will have to give the set out for factory service to have it working again.

You could as the part number for the panel is 75011258. However it runs about $2500.00...Your best bet is to replace the TV.

Part of the power supply is in protect mode. There is most likely a short or something failed on one or more of the boards.
The service rep would swap out boards to locate the fault. Then he would leave the new board(s) in the set, and perform any necessary adjustments.
Take the set in for an estimate before approving repairs. There are many times these sets are not worth serving when they are out of warranty.

I have the same problem. It happened once before about 4 years ago just after I bought it. I put a DVD in without the power on. I was able to take it out and it worked fine. This time my daughter put the DVD in, I took it out but still no picture or sound.

Have you had any luck?
