Hi the 116-325 error for the 3535 is a 24Volt communication error.
The 24V power supply 105E18641 is probably bad, or possibly some wires that connect them.

I have never serviced machine, although its been around a while.After unplugging and waiting 5 minutes machine
reset and worked,nut problem returns a few times a day.I saw in service manual this more than likely
is the 24V LVPS.

In this case, a better solution is to call Xerox. This correction must be done by an Authorized Xerox technician, with their proprietary laptop called a PWS.
They will run the procedure called GP-10 Replacing Billing PWBs.
