Anycool T808: LCD in sleep mode something... NEED HELP!!! Need full reset or promts...

I've got a big problem with my Anycool T808. Can you help me to swich off the sleep mode in Engineer Mode " *#3646633# " ? When I swich off the Sleep Mode it does not stay OFF! LCD working on 1/3 of normal bright- I think it's because of Sleep Mode and I don't know how to fix it. the first thing I did was restoring factory default settings in "Settings" section of user's menu- I did
it several times and there is no problem with basic parameters reset such as all user's settings, BUT THIS DID NOT HELP to restore the normal LCD state! It's still very dark... I can see the normal brightness in two cases:
with the charging goes on the swiched off phone and when I'm swiching it
on- about 2 sec. of "Rising Sun" picture... I just could swich
the Sleep Mode ON in Engineer Mode(*#3646633#),-I was in there just to
check memory papameters sinse the micro SD card was unaccessible when I
swiched T808 at the first time. But Now I think the problem with LCD
could be not only because of Sleep Mode couse it was working properly until that
actions: battery has out of charge- appeared the report about
self-swiching off, then T808 swiches off, then I connect it to the USB
port of PC, then appeared the animation of charging the battery by USB
on a bright blue background, then I'm swiching the phone on and THEN I
see that screen is in very low level of brightness such as the
intermediate livel between the screen's normal mode and it's shutdown
mode when it's not in use set time. I thought that it is related to
the Sleep Mode(sinse it looks Just Like This)and that's why I was
trying to swich off The Sleep Mode in *#3646633# menu. But swiching
the Sleep Mode in OFF state was unsuccessful sinse the program does
not remember this position and it's still "ON". It's still possible
that the Sleep Mode is related to the screen problem because the
swiching off and swiching on the phone after the run out the battery was the
first reload after my descovery the *#3646633# mode.

So I guess I just need a hard reset or full reset. Maybe that's
because of some program failure...
I would be happy and thankful If you'll tell me what to do.
New Firmware can help me I think,but in Kharkov UA where I live in
it meets a big problem and as I heard the TVset could not work after that...
If thare is no other way exept the new firmware maybe you
can send me it?
This is not realy possible to find out without specialists I can contact like You...
I like my T808 very much and hope it will be ok...
