How do I pair my alcatel bluetooth headset model no. nhsth4c2 with my nokia e51 phone?

There are a lot of alcatel phones. Do you have a model number? Basically, you go into the menu or settings, find the bluetooth menu and press "pair". Press and hold the power button on the bluetooth headphone until it "beeps".
The phone will ask for a pairing code, typically 0000. Try this or get me a model number of both the phone and bluetooth. Good luck!

Make sure that the bluetooth headset is in pairing mode. Consult with your bluetooth manual on how to do this. As long as the bluetooth is in pairing mode, and your phone is searching for it, they should see each other. One other thing to consider is to make sure that the phone and bluetooth are within 30 feet of each other- closer is better.

Is the blue-tooth headset made by the same company, 'cause I think that the headset has to be from the same company, because, well you know, competition and stuff like that

Try this:

Pair the headset
1. Ensure that your phone is switched on and the headset is
switched off.
2. Press and hold the power key until the green indicator light
starts to flash quickly.
3. Activate the Bluetooth feature on the phone, and set the phone
to search for Bluetooth devices.
4. Select the headset from the list of found devices.
5. Enter the passcode 0000 to pair and connect the headset to your phone. In some phones you may need to make the connection separately after pairing.

You only need to pair the headset with your phone once.
If the pairing is successful, the headset beeps and appears in the
